Best facial hair for guys with thin cheeks?

my boyfriend has thin cheeks.. and i was thinking of someways that u might be able to "cover it up".. i thot about him having sideburns.. is that a good idea?? he knda of got this long hair.. but not shoulder level.. ang got this goatie stuff on his chin.. he was askin me what to do too

any advices??

I'm not sure how thin cheeks look like, but If he's got a thin, long face and strong cheekbones, facial hair like Adam Levine's (Maroon 5 lead singer) would be really suitable and sexy, sexier if your boy got a little haircut too.
