My hair is very thick, very very thick. I've gotten it thinned out 7 times at the salon, yet it's still verayyy thick!! But the top of my hair, is even thicker, because the razor brush can only thin the body of the hair. Is there any proffessional treatment i can do at a salon, so it can thin out all of my hair completely. I need a drastic change!

the more you get it thinned the more it grows back thicker... the bodies natural way of protecting itself...

Not that I know of, unfortunately you'll have to keep getting it thinned.
