you need to have your hair professinally layered with scissors.



thinning shears are only to be used by a top notch professional..and even then..only to be used on very unruly hair



i think thinning shears should be banned...they destroy one's hair.



you might have to set your hair on velcro rollers to add volume.

If your hair is really dry then you need to put some oil in it. You need to put a pile of oil in it and then wrap your hair in a towel, leave this for about 20 minutes and that will get rid of the dry hair.

go to the the salon have them cut your hair, tell them to keep your lenght but to put some layers in your hair to give it some body, then for the frizz use a mousse or some anti frizz product, like tigi serum cream
