over the last few years, my hair has thinned out so much. and continues to do so. anything i can do to help with 're-growth'?

you might have male pattern baldness women can get it too my mom has it and the doctor told her it is one of the side affects of her medication but it can also be caused by stress make sure you take a B complex vitamin (hair,skin,nails) and check with your doctor they have new stuff out now that can help you good luck
