My hair is straight as a board and thin...but I have a lot of it. I am dying to get a new look but..

I want to keep the length....right now it's layered a little towards my face and down the middle of my back. The shortest layer is a little past my shoulders.....Help!!!! What should I do???

well you could try to use scrunch spray on it then put it up in a messy bun and lea a couple of lose hairs out near the front

You could try buying a curling iron and curling it

You could try braiding your hair when its wet and leaving it in that would make it curly.

You could put your hair half up half down

french braid it (1-2 french braids)

You can still dye it what would be the problem??? Are you doing it yourself or having a perfissonal doing it ???? if you are doing it use 2 boxes longer hair you will need more dye...you can keep your lenght if you are dying it ,, it doesnt change anything

that is exactly how my hair is... it is super straight that i can only have curls for like an hr then it will dissappear and its super thin... and i had it very long... but last week i cut my hair so its a lil bit longer than my shoulders and i hve layers... when u have layers stiking out especially when u have thin hair, it looks great because it looks like u have more hair than wat u really have

Start ur layers at the end of ur chin and try new hairstyles.

I just want to say that you are extremely luck to have straight hair....my hair is sooo curly that even when I straighten it, it curls and poofs. But for you, I think you should get it cut to like right above your chest, and have it layered in like choppy layers....that would def give it some body...you could also get some volumizing shampoo.

Well, seeing as how you like the length and it's already layered, how about some highlights and/or change of hair color? Parting your hair differently or getting bangs? If you don't want to dye your hair, try some new hair do's. Maybe try pinning your hair half up or all up with the trendy "yorkie" (front poof). You can also think about getting a perm (large soft waves or whatever you like). Or you can do all of the above! So many things to try! I hope this helps and you find somethign you really like!!!
