What natural products can I use to help my hair grow thicker?

Hi. I'm a black woman with thin hair. My hair was always a fine texture and genetically i get it from my mother. Up until about 2 years ago i've noticed that my hair doesn't grow the same as it used to. I'm only 22 so it can't be because of aging. i try to eat healthy, i try not to over wash my hair too often, i only use heat against it maybe once a week (curling iron, blow dryer), i get my hair trimmed every few months, i even tried taking biotin pills, and i use intense moisturizers but still nothing changed. i recently stopped getting my hair trimmed about 4 months ago because i didn't like the way my hair would look, just thin and short and unmanagable. does anyone know of any hair products that will help thicken my hair as it grows? at least if i have a fuller head of hair, i wouldn't mind trimming it down. while some people complain about having hair too thick, i really want to have fuller thicker hair. thanks for reading.

Massaging makes a lot of difference to the rate at which hair grows, so a regular massage with any oil of your choice is recommended to speed up the process. Try http://solutionsforhairgrowth.blogspot.c... for more details.

A proper diet supplemented adequately by vitamins and minerals will optimize the genetic growth cycle. Any deficiency will be reflected in the volume and thickness of your hair. The luster in your hair will depend on what you eat and also on how you treat it. To Know more about your hair http://tipsfromruby-hairgrow.blogspot.co... will help you.
