please help me!
i have got frizzy and fly away-hair and i hate it. when i straighten it its not that frizzy but all the way down my hair there if fly-away hair. i was woundering, if i got my hair thinned out at the hair dressers, would this take away my frizz and fly-away hair?

yer it does more layers means alot less friz plus try some anti-frizz shampoo and heat protecter wen straightening your hair all theese things help frizz

thinning your hair only thins it out if it is thick in volume. Frizz and fly away hair are totally different than thick hair. They make frizz control shampoos and for fly aways, bees wax serum will help there.

no it makes it worse, when they use the thinning scissors they actually cut pieces of the hair half way down . It looks really nice when your in the salon and they use all these nice serums and smoothing balm and straightners but as soon as you get outside or wash your hair, bamf it looks terrible.

I got this done years ago.The only problem was when my hair grew back. How can the hairdresser know exactly where to thin it next time you go?After awhile I didn't like. If frizzies are your problem, try a color boosting glaze ( John Frieda, and Clariol make some). It is not a dye, and it made my hair really soft and shiny. And I rinse my hair with cold water. CHI products are great also.
